Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the somine mobile application (the "App"). By downloading and using the App you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the App.
1 What the Service Is
somine is a mobile application that lets users organise, store and share their digital content (videos, links, images) in personal collections. The App is currently available for iPhone only, through the Apple App Store. The service is provided by Gökmen Küçük (GSO Studio).
2 Creating an Account and Your Obligations
To use the App you need an account, created by signing in with Apple or Google. You must be at least 13 years old to use somine. When using your account, you are expected to follow these rules:
- Provide genuine and accurate information
- Keep your account secure and your sign-in details confidential
- Do not use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in ways that infringe the rights of others
- Respect copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights
- Do not distribute spam, malware or harmful content
- Do not save or share unlawful content, insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, or content that infringes the rights of others
Shared content and reports
You can report a collection shared with you in the app via "…" > Report collection; the same menu lets you block the person or remove the collection from your library. Public links can be reported to [email protected] (details). We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content that breaks these terms without prior notice, revoke public links, and suspend or close accounts that violate the rules.
3 Intellectual Property
The somine app and everything associated with it (design, logo, code, graphics) is the property of somine and is protected by international intellectual property law.
Users declare that they hold the rights to the content they add to the App. somine is granted a limited licence to that content, extending no further than what is necessary to operate the functions of the App.
4 Membership and Payment
somine offers a free and a premium membership:
Free Membership
- ✓ 10 collections, 500 items in total
- ✓ 3 active reminders
- ✓ 5 collection shares a month, public links
- ✓ Search, widget, automatic dark mode, data export
Premium Membership
- ✓ Unlimited collections, items, reminders and shares
- ✓ Hidden Vault (Face ID)
- ✓ Midnight and Vibe themes, custom app icons
Premium is an auto-renewing App Store subscription offered weekly, monthly and yearly. The current price is shown in the app and on the App Store, in your local currency, before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple account and Apple's subscription rules apply. If Premium ends, your content is not deleted; you just can't add new collections or items until you are back within the free limits.
5 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Automatic renewal
Your Premium subscription renews automatically at the end of the current period, at the same price and for the same duration. The subscription fee is charged to your Apple account at each renewal.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled
- It can be cancelled from your account up to 24 hours before the renewal date
- After cancelling, you keep access to your premium features until the end of the current period
To cancel your subscription:
- iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > somine > Cancel Subscription
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it separately.
6 Refund Policy
Because Premium purchases are made through the Apple App Store, all refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can submit a request through Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com). somine cannot issue refunds directly; refund decisions rest entirely with Apple.
7 Closing Your Account
You can close your account at any time, in either of these ways:

From inside the app: Profile > Account Info > Delete Account (immediate and permanent)

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.
8 Limitation of Liability
- Users are responsible for the content they save and share. somine does not review that content in advance, but it does review reported content and removes it where necessary.
- The App is provided "as is"; no warranty is given as to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-negligence.
- somine does not warrant that the App will operate without interruption or error.
- somine cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages.
9 Changes
somine reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify you inside the app. The updated version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
10 Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, the courts of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction.
